A: If you were unable to find the Legacy / UEFI settings in BIOS or if changing them did not help, move on and try the rest of the steps in the video. What was the result of the diagnostic scan? Q: There was an error found with my HDD / Storage? A: If there was an error found with your HDD, it is most likely bad and should be replaced. A: If the diagnostic test showed your Hard Drive to be healthy, or if you were unable to run the diagnostic test, your next step would be to try an install Windows. Let me know if you would like any help with that :) Q: The diagnostic test showed the HDD as 'Not Installed'. A: If the diagnostic test shows the HDD as 'Not Installed', the HDD may be loose or bad.
