Video Description

The three of us, Andre, Jack, and myself, adventured Kachemak Bay in Andre's boat in search of black bears and king salmon. We left the harbor in Homer, Alaska at 6AM on a Saturday to start our trip. We encountered many bears on the weekend. As we searched the coastline we trolled for king salmon. We caught many fish along the way thanks to the Prince of Pollock. We found a calm cove to anchor the boat at night so we could sleep. Sleeping on the boat makes the weekend more adventurous. It lightly rained on us in the morning, but it never rained hard enough to make things unpleasant. We had Andre's inflatable boat with a small outboard with us as well. We used this boat a lot to deploy from the larger boat. It makes getting to shore a simple task and was fun to adventure shallow water with.
