Melissa becomes a category 5 hurricane with 160 mph winds.It is expected to bring catastrophic flash flooding to Jamaica over the next few days. Right now, a Hurricane Warning is in effect for Jamaica and parts of Cuba. There is a Hurricane Watch in effect for parts of the Bahamas, and the Turks and Caicos Islands. A Tropical Storm Warning is in effect for Haiti.Extremely heavy rainfall is expected, upwards of 30 inches will be possible.
