Ingredients: * Water - 1 cup (230 ml) * Active sourdough starter - 50 g * Bread flour - 2 ¾ cups (340 g) * Salt - 1¼ tsp (7 g) * Chopped olives - 3 tbsp (30 g) - Kalamata or Riviera olives are great for this!
