After being released for 1.5 years and accumulating 1.2 million streams, Spotify flagged her album for artificial streams. This resulted in Spotify and Distrokid removing her entire album off of all music streaming platforms, with no warning or chance to dispute the claims. She did not buy "fake streams", or participate in any scams to run up her streaming numbers. She is not alone as thousands of other independent artists are experiencing the same issues with music streaming & distribution services. Karra shares her story as an independent artist to show how much she has invested into her solo music career only for her music to be ripped down in such an unjust manner.
