How to make this super easy 4 ingredient Butter Cookie Crunch that melts in your mouth. Here's what you'll need: 1 and ½ cup softened butter (340g) salted butter 3/4 cup icing sugar (100g) 2 teaspoon vanilla extract (10ml) 2 and 3/4 cups all purpose flour (350g) 1. Preheat oven at 350F or 180C. Beat room temperature butter until creamy. 2. Add icing sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until light and fluffy. 3. Then add flour in two additions. Mix after every addition. Then sift in the remaining flour. Mix until no traces of flour. Scrape sides and bottom. 4. Transfer cookie batter to a piping bag with tip #6B or any piping tip available for you. 5. Line a baking sheet pan with parchment paper. Pipe the cookie batter with reversing twists as shown in the video. 6. Bake for 14 to 15 minutes. 7. Let it cool down completely. 8. Serve and enjoy! -This recipe yields 45-50 butter cookies. -Bake in a preheated oven at 350F/180C for 14-15 minutes or until lighlty browned. Baking time varies depending on oven specifications.
