Inverter issue! Problems with our AlphaESS system from Heatable. Here’s how they were resolved

Our solar and battery install from Heatable was completed on 9th April (watch here: https://youtu.be/yJe8LfrG_8k ) and it’s been absolutely brilliant. But we’ve had a couple of annoying issues… Firstly, one of the solar strings (a string being a series of solar panels connected together) wasn’t working. Secondly, we weren’t able to export very much to the grid when the battery reached 100%. It all got fixed thankfully. Here's what happened.
