Video Description

Preparing for, and demonstrating Iron Age dyes at the Burnham Beeches archaeology open day, Sept 2019. Working with Woad, Weld and Madder and taking inspiration form the analysis of Iron Age archaeological textiles, see how many shades we can achieve with these vegetable and plant dyes. I now have a 'buy me a coffee' page which helps fund my ongoing research and the making of these free videos. If you'd like to support me, please visit https://ko-fi.com/sallypointer Thank you!
