Uncovering the mysteries of the universe
Video Description
James Webb Just Discovered Something Older Than the Big Bang The James Webb Space Telescope is looking deeper into space than any other telescope ever made, but what it sees doesn't make sense. Images from galaxies more than 13 billion light-years away have shown structures that look fully grown, big, and bright, as if they had already gone through billions of years of change. What's wrong? Every model of the universe says that none of that should have been possible in that amount of time. It looks like these galaxies have been around longer than the universe itself, longer than the Big Bang. If that's true, then what we call "the start of everything" may have been just a new start for something much older that can still be heard in the light Webb just caught.
