Bien que jumelles, Siam et Fabienne se sont rencontrées pour la première fois à 21 ans. D'origine vietnamienne, elles ont été adoptées séparément par deux familles françaises. Depuis toujours, chacune ressentait inconsciemment l'absence de l'autre. Elles se sont finalement retrouvées récemment grâce aux réseaux sociaux.
