Opening on soft piano, the track quickly sparks into life with a hypnotic beat. Evoking that feeling of falling in love with someone the first time; euphoria combines with urgency to create a sonic palette distinctly her own. Speaking on the track she adds:  “It's about embarking on a journey into love with positivity, excitement, exploration yet with an undertone of uncertainty, hesitancy and apprehension - finishing with a resolution of pure surrender and euphoria once we allow it in. It started with that vocal sample which I found and completely distorted through processing and reversing. I built the whole track from it and wanted to make something heavy.” Last year, Kloyd released a slew of singles, including the melancholic & melodic ‘Nothing Could've Made Me’, ‘Girl’ and a fan only track ‘Stockholm Song’  She also DJ’d at  Latitude Festival for BBC Introducing, has been supported by Jaguar, Sian Eleri and Jess Iszatt of BBC Radio 1,  and has been further tipped by Nick Grimshaw, Lauren Laverne, Emily Pilbeam and Don Letts on BBC Radio  6. In 2024, Kloyd released ‘Høurglass’ EP, and subsequent remix EP, which were heavily supported across Spotify & Capital.  Kloyd was recently included in the prestigious NME’s 100 marking her as one of the UK’s most exciting acts to keep an eye on this year.
