About

Welcome to a channel about traditional craft and wilderness living. My name is Rune Malte Bertram-Nielsen, I am 32 and from Denmark. I travel mainly in Denmark and Sapmi. The video descriptions include all the basic information - gear used, location, most asked questions etc.

Video Description

I forge 3 small stump anvils - all made from single pieces of tool steel and without any welding. Open the full video description for more information. Anvil 1 and 2 is made from leaf springs. Anvil 3 is made from unknown tool steel from a big fork. ---------------------------------------- A few quick questions: 1. What "power hammer" is that? Treadle hammer and here is a video only about the hammer https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nmru3hXj47U 2. What do you use so small anvils for? Forging in general - no problem forging axes and all kinds of other things on anvils like this. _________________ Here can you see how I made the outdoor blacksmith shop https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kWgESobxudc&t=86s _________________ Location: Denmark - my property. _________________ Video gear: Nikon D7000, Nikon 50 1.8, Røde videomacro, iMovie. _________________
