Follow on all socials @missednamae-Instagram/Snapchat/Facebook @miss.edna.mae- TikTok missednamae.com for purchase of new merchandise & products. @missednamae-Instagram/Snapchat/Facebook @miss.edna.mae- TikTok missednamae.com for purchase of new merchandise & products.   Miss Edna Mae's quick & easy                          juicy meatloaf                      MEATLOAF  INGREDIENTS       * 3/4 cup Miss Edna Mae's down home                 meatloaf seasoning        *1/4 cup ketchup        *2 tbsp worcestershire sauce        *1/3 cup chopped mixed sautéed                  bell peppers          * 2 lbs 85% ground beef                 MEATLOAF SAUCE INGREDIENTS                       *1-1/2 tbsp garlic powder                        *1/2 cup onion powder                        *1 cup tomato sauce                        * 1/4 cup tomato paste                        * 1/2 cup crushed tomatoes                        *1 tbsp worcestershire sauce                        * 1 tbsp kosher salt                        * 1 tbsp ground  black pepper                                     INSTRUCTIONS 1)  Add all of the meatloaf ingredients t9 the ground beef & incorporate very well. 2) Preheat oven to 350° 3) Mold the beef mixture into a loaf shape 4) Place in oven & set timer for 35 minutes until the temperature in the center,the thickest part  of the loaf is 150°. PREPARE THE MEATLOAF SAUCE IN THE MEANTIME 1) Add all of the ingredients into a dutch pan and bring to a low simmer. Once meatloaf has reached 150° remove from oven and coat with sauce. Lower heat on oven to 300° and place the loaf on the top rack for 5 minutes.  Remove from oven after 5 minutes, let rest for 5  minutes & enjoy.
