Smothered turkey thighs w/ mashed potatoes & gravy & fresh green beans

Miss Edna Mae's Southern eats & treats...       Delicious baked turkey thighs, creamy mashed potatoes w/homemade gravy & fresh green beans                              TURKEY THIGHS                           ( this recipe is for 4 lbs)                                                              INGREDIENTS                      *4 lbs turkey thighs                      *1/3 cup Olive oil ( oil of choice)                      *Miss Edna Mae's chicken                       seasoning( if you don't have yet                       use available seasoning)                              ( Preheat oven 350°)                                INSTRUCTIONS                       *Rinse thighs off good                       *Generous coat of seasoning                       *Lightly coat each piece in oil.                        (massage in seasoning/oil)                       * put thighs in a pan (at least                       2 1/2 inches deep) Cover w/ foil                       *Put pan in oven for 30 minute                                              *After 30 mins remove foi  put back in oven for 30 minutes.                        * After 2nd 30 minutes pour in                        gravy mixture & stir good to mix                        ( make sure it's enough mixture cover meat)                        * put back in oven for 15 minutes                        (gravy mixture should be                           thickened. If not put back for                         extra 15-25 minutes until                         thickened                                                              MASHED POTATOES                                      INGREDIENTS                           1-2 lbs Yukon gold potatoes                            ( or similar)                           1-2 tbsp butter                           1-2 tbsp salt                           1.5 cup milk(whole works best)                                  INSTRUCTIONS                           * Peel & rinse potatoes                           * put in a pot & cover with water                           * Bring water to a boil & reduce                             then reduce  heat to medium                             cook until fork easily slides                             into potatoes(20-30 mins)                             Pour water off & put potatoes in                             bowl. Add in butter/salt.                               Mashed together as you add                             milk a few ozs at a time until                             desired consistency is reached.                                                                       FRESH GREEN BEANS                                     INGREDIENTS                           * 1-2 lbs fresh green beans                           * 1-2 tspn salt                           * 1-2  lbs smoked turkey                             (Optional)                                                                INSTRUCTIONS                           * Rinse beans & snap each bean                              into 1" pieces.                           * If using smoked turkey place in                             in a pot cover with water bring                             to a boil for at least 20 mins.                           * put beans in pot reduce heat to                            medium low. Add desired                             salt amount Cover & cook until                              beans are tender. Stir every                            20-30 minutes until done.                                           HOMEMADE  SOUTHERN GRAVY                                      INGREDIENTS                           ( this is for 2 cups gravy)                         * 1 cup all purpose                         * 2 cups water                         *1-1.5  tbsp salt                         * 1tbsp black pepper ( Optional)                                     INSTRUCTIONS                         * Gradually pour water in flour &                            stir until flour is completely                            dissolved. Add mixture to                            turkey thighs when it's time.
