Coccia's commitment to preserving and promoting authentic Neapolitan pizza led him to advocate for its recognition as a Traditional Specialty Guaranteed. He founded Pizza Consulting to teach the art of pizza-making and combat imitation. In 2017, UNESCO recognized the Art of Neapolitan Pizzaiolo as intangible cultural heritage.
