This week we're eating a one pot chicken and rice dish which is semi inspired by some of the flavours in biryani. Now, I used water in this one because I didn't have any stock but I would recommend using stock to add more flavour... and don't use as much as I did. Also, I forgot to tell what spices I added, they are cumin, coriander and garam masala. Have a great week!
