Period tips I wish I knew in my 20s *for cramps, irregular periods & PCOS*

For most of my life I had irregular periods, PCOS, cramps, back pain, and everything else that comes along with the territory of a terrible menstrual experience. But period cramps & pains aren't normal. They're a signal our bodies are sending us that it needs more of something, or that maybe we should be having less of something–confusing right?! So I put together all the things I've learned recently, from a Western & TCM perspective so that we can have more of a holistic understanding.
