Phase 2 of Israel-Hamas ceasefire deal coming "shortly": Netanyahu

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu says the country could move to the second phase of its ceasefire deal in Gaza “shortly.” Phase 1 began in October and, for the most part, saw a halt in violence between Israel and the Palestinian militant group Hamas. In addition, Hamas returned most of the living and dead hostages to Tel Aviv. One Israeli hostage's body, however, remains to be found.
