We're on a quest for the park's elusive native brook trout, and despite the miles of upriver travel and countless tough portages, we're determined to find them. The journey is as demanding as it is beautiful, with breathtaking landscapes and some incredible fishing spots. We catch some nice brook trout and enjoy a few delicious fish fries along the way. One of the highlights of our trip is meeting up with fellow YouTuber Xandar Budnick at a stunning campsite. Our routes through the park happen to cross paths, making for a great moment to share stories and experiences. The camaraderie and shared passion for the wilderness add a special touch to this adventure.On a more challenging note, my dog North gets injured during the trip, and we weren't sure what was wrong with him. Hearing him yelp in pain was tough, and we worried about having to carry him on the portages and lift him in and out of the canoe. Thankfully, North showed his resilience and started to get better as the days went on. Despite the difficulties, the trip was incredibly rewarding, and I can't wait to share all the highs and lows with you in this video.
