Oat, dairy, soy, etc.) - ice (optional) Method: 1. Sift cocoa powder into a pot, whisk in sugar, and add water. 3. On med heat, cook until chocolate syrup thickens but flows smoothly. (Add more sugar while it’s hot if it’s not sweet enough and cook until dissolved) 4. Combine chocolate syrup, ice (optional), and milk of your choice. Stir to combine before drinking! *for reference, I usually get 0% sugar in my bubble tea and I like really dark chocolate. So this might be too “dark” for you, if you prefer sweet things.
