Choose "dough" or "dough cycle" on your bread machine and press start. Be sure to check your ball of dough after about 3-5 minutes. If it isn't coming together into a nice ball of dough, add 1/8 c more flour until it does. Or, if it looks crumbly and not smooth, add about 1 Tbsp of water or milk until it looks smooth, like mine. In 1.5 hours the dough cycle will end and it will be ready to shape into a loaf, rolls, or buns. Let rise on the countertop for about 30 minutes (do not need to let the buns rise). Place into a preheated 350-degree oven and bake for 30 minutes. I usually bake the buns at 375 degrees for 20 minutes for a more golden color.
