On March 3, 2023, officers from the Miami-Dade Police Department were conducting a patrol following a call from a concerned citizen. The caller reported that a firearm was being displayed near a gas station. The officers immediately pursued the area described in the call. Upon arrival, they noticed a 2023 Maybach truck loaded with four passengers, one of whom was the well-known rapper Sauce Walka. The officers conducted a search inside the vehicle, where they found weapons and large amounts of cash.
