A 2003 GameCube re-release failed to expand the game's popularity outside of a small but loyal fanbase - and 'loyal' is the operative word here. Decades may have passed, but Skies of Arcadia is still considered to be an underappreciated treasure by many. Let's dive in and see how it stacks up.
