I'm sure most of you have heard that beauty comes from the inside and feeling good on the inside leads to us looking good on the outside!   We can make better choices on what we put into our bodies and that can change how we look on the outside. We can also change our surroundings and that can have a huge affect on our happiness, mood, self-esteem, and confidence.   Skincare is such an amazing form of self care for many of us!Its not only about having great skin as end result but also the process of applying products and taking a moment out of your day to dedicate to yourself. Literally feeling good in your own skin!   When I started my skincare journey years ago  I found it so confusing what exactly to use for my skin.
