Thank you for watching my smoked beef rib video. On this video, I took some traditional beef short ribs from E3 Meat Co and took the bones of prior to smoking them. My thought process was doing this would allow more seasoning plus more smoke flavor on our beef ribs. The results were so good! I make up some beef rib sliders topped with pickled red onions and cilantro.
