This week I'm feeling the new year blues, quite low, struggling with depression, lack of motivation and just wanting to stay at home. I'm reframing and trying to refriend the January New Year blues. I have to say, it's not been the easiest but I did my best anyway! Most days I just don't want to leave the house and trying to motivate myself has been a real struggle. Hopefully in this video I can show my little ways of making life just a little bit easier and how that can make ALL the difference. With soft, gentle motivation.
