NOTE: semi-skimmed milk powder or dairy creamer can be used. However, creamer is normally sweetened. Using regular milk involves simmering and reducing for 20-30 minutes, so while it works well, it's more effort and time-consuming. Ingredients: 2 cups whole milk (480ml) 2/3 cup granulated sugar (135g) 2 tbsp unsalted butter (optional for extra creaminess) Let it cool to room temperature — it will thicken further as it cools.
