John Amato, Jr. has taken over an old-school Jersey deli from his dad and uncles. John is the owner of Fiore’s House of Quality in Hoboken, an institution that’s been around since 1903. Fiore’s is known for its homemade mozzarella, as well as its Italian deli sandwiches featuring meats like mortadella, gabagool, and prosciutto.
