2 Things Nobody Tells You When Switching From Windows to Mac

All over youtube are positive videos about switching from windows to mac. Everyone says they'd never go back to windows. The mac ecosystem and the fact that it "just works". Well what about the other side? The part where mac have some deal breaking omissions from a quality of life standpoint? Here are some things I'm struggling with on my mac mini m4 pro, things like mouse behavior not being even remotely as accurate as the same mouse on windows. Or these tiny traffic light symbols used to minimize each window instead of being able to blindly go to the top of the page to close or minimize any window on windows.
