We have taken some time to review the performance you raised here and compare it with our latest generation 18i20. As you are aware we have acknowledged that there was an issue with the first few production units of 18i20 1st Generation, however, this was something we made changes to improve and rolled into the production of newer 1st Gen units. Since then we have continued to improve the performance of our products and with the latest 4th Generation range we have significantly better cross-talk performance than we were able to achieve on the first generation of the product. Some key specs to note are: Maximum Cross Talk Level (Channel 1-2) 1st Gen: -33dBFS @ 20Hz 4th Gen: -73dBFS @ 20kHz This results in an improvement of 40dB - 4th Gens cross-talk is 16 times quieter than the equivalent 1st gen product. Minimum Cross Talk Level (Channel 1-2) 1st Gen: -92dBFS @ 8kHz 4th Gen: -115dBFS @ 20Hz This is a 23dB improvement of the lowest cross talk measurement (4th Gens lowest cross talk point is 4.9 times quieter than the equivalent 1st gen product), and actually an 82dB improvement for the 20Hz measurement point on 4th Gen vs 1st Gen - 294 times quieter!
