The 2021 Javelina Jundred is only the second 100 Mile race to be named as a Western States Golden Ticket Race. Being a Golden Ticket Race increased the quality of what is typically an already incredible elite field. This gave runners from all over the world an opportunity to prove themselves at the hundred mile distance. For the entirety of 100 miles, they only had one thing on their minds; Top Two.
