In questo video vi porto con me in una tranquilla domenica in campagna, tra piccoli gesti, profumi di casa e momenti condivisi. Dall’orto curato con pazienza, alla cucina piena di profumi, passando per il cucito e le coccole fatte in casa… oggi prepariamo insieme la torta Sacher, assaporiamo una fetta di pane fatto da me con olio e sale, e ci godiamo il tempo che scorre più lento. È la bellezza del vivere semplice. È casa. RICETTA TORTA SACHER 5 uova 170g di zucchero 30g cacao 16g lievito per dolci ( 1 bustina ) 100g farina00 Marmellata di albicocche 400g cioccolato fondente 360g panna 30g di burro PROCEDIMENTO: Montare gli albumi versando lo zucchero un po' alla volta, aggiungere i tuorli un po' per volta, setacciare tutte le polveri ( farina, cacao e lievito ) mescolare adagio dal basso verso l'alto. Versare il composto nella tortiera imburrata e cuocere in forno caldo a 170° statico per 30 - 35 minuti, prima di sfornare fare prova stecchino. Tritare il cioccolato, versare la panna calda e mescolare per bene, aggiungere il burro per far rimanere la glassa bella lucida, tagliare a metà la torta, bagnare bene la superficie, versare una dose generosa di marmellata di albicocche. Versare una generosa colata di cioccolato. Far riposare in frigorifero per 30 minuti prima di servire.
