Our client refused a blood draw warrant issued by a Hardin County Judge, and as a result, he was charged with 6 charges: 1) Obstructing Government Operations (for which the maximum sentence is a year incarcerated) 2) DUI 1st Offense; 3) Reckless Driving; 4) Failure to wear a Seatbelt; 5) No insurance; and 6) Failure to notify address change.
