We went magnet fishing at a forgotten canal, moved on to a 1000-year-old medieval church, and finished the day mudlarking a spot filled with artifacts. Part 1: Canal Magnet Fishing We started at a canal known for surprising finds. We used heavy-duty gear to pull up submerged items, including old tools and scrap metal. Part 2: Magnet Fishing at the Church Next, we visited the grounds of a 1000-year-old church. We magnet fished in the nearby water, searching for relics from past centuries. Did we find any genuine medieval artifacts or historic iron? Part 3: Mudlarking the Artifact Spot Finally, we switched to mudlarking. This spot was covered in fragments and objects. We found pottery shards, clay pipes, old glass, and various metal pieces. This section is focused on finding and identifying historical objects.
