Upon arrival, they were shocked by what they saw. On April 4th, 2023, officers from the City of Federal Way Police Department were dispatched to a Target store to investigate a suspected shoplifting incident. Upon arrival, they were surprised to find an infant involved. On March 23rd, 2024, the West Palm Beach Police Department responded to a domestic disturbance involving minors. Officers were dispatched to investigate. When they arrived, this is what they encountered. On November 3rd, 2023, Hollywood Police officers responded to a call about an attempted kidnapping. Witnesses said a man tried to take a baby from a woman. Officers then gathered more details about the suspects and their vehicle.
