How to clean and maintain your Sawyer Squeeze water filter: 1) Use your Sawyer Squeeze to filter clean water into a water bottle or bucket. 2) Using the syringe provided with your filter, back-flush your water filter by driving water backwards through the filter. Repeat until the water comes out clean and clear. 3) Firmly tap your water filter against your palm several times. 4) Back-flush your filter again until the water, once again, comes out clean and clear.
