Kaara Tibur is currently 12 years old in the story, but with her big brain and some prep time she could definitely no-diff both of them at once without even trying. By my calculations based on a cherrypicked example from my book, Kaara Tibur can move at five times the speed of light, which is way faster than anything in the JJK verse, including Sukuna. On top of that, she has water powers which can turn to ice. Meaning Mahoraga is gonna be taking a ton of different damage types which he cannot adapt to. Kaara Tibur, known for punching ugly bums in the kidneys, would have no issue shattering Sukuna's kidneys. Finally, even if Sukuna were to use a binding vow and sacrifice Megumi's balls to create a world-ending slash, Kaara would just need to say 'nuh uh' and then the slash- seeing that she's a better character- would turn around and cut Sukuna in half.
