Add Salt and keep aside. Then Squeeze it and add Hing Powder, Cumin Seeds, Green Chili Ginger, Coriander Leaves, Salt, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, and Onion. Mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes. Squeeze the Lauki again, add Gram Flour, and mix well. Take Wheat Flour, Carrom Seeds, Fenugreek Leaves, Salt, and Oil, and bind the dough by adding Water. Apply Oil, cover, and keep for 10 minutes. Make Paratha and roast it by applying Ghee or Oil. Serve & enjoy! 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐲𝐚𝐣 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐚, take chopped Onion, Green Chili, Coriander Leaves, Red Chili Powder, Salt, and Achar Masala. Mix well and keep aside. Then take a dough ball & roll it. Spread the Filling and fold it. At last overlap it and roll it. Heat the tawa and roast the Paratha by applying Ghee or Oil. Serve & enjoy! 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐡𝐣𝐚𝐧 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐚, peel the Drumstick, chop, and give them 2-3 whistles. Take a bowl keep the strainer and mash it and separate the pulp. Then add Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt, Coriander Powder, Black Salt, Dried Mango Powder, Green Chilli, Coriander Leaves, and Oil. Then add Wheat Flour gradually and bind the dough. Make Paratha and roast it by applying Ghee or Oil. Serve & enjoy! 𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐀𝐥𝐨𝐨 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐚, take boiled Potato, mash, and add spices accordingly. Take the dough ball and roll it lengthwise. Divide into three portions and fill the filling. Roll it as shown in the video and roast it by applying Ghee or Oil. Serve & enjoy!
