For the more information on detailed recipe and items used in the video, please visit the W Table app! 💛 [치킨 크랜베리 샌드위치] (2인분) - 재료 : 사워도우 4장, 토마토 1개, 로메인 8장 (샌드위치 2개 분량) - 속재료 : 익힌 닭 가슴살 300g (두 덩이), 크랜베리 한 줌 (50g), 호두 반 줌 (25g), 매일 바이오 그릭요거트 4큰술, 마요네즈 3큰술, 연유 1큰술, 레몬즙 1/2큰술, 디종 머스터드 1작은 술, 소금, 후추 약간  - 소스 재료 : 마요네즈 4큰술, 연유 2큰술, 홀그레인 머스터드 2큰술 1.삶은 닭 가슴살은 칼로 썬 후 볼에 담아 가위로 곱게 잘라 주세요. (tip. 최대한 곱게 잘라주어야 부드러운 식감이 살아나요.) 2. 다진 닭 가슴살과 크랜베리, 그릭 요거트, 마요네즈, 연유, 레몬즙, 소금, 후추를 넣고 잘 버무려주세요. (tip. 그릭요거트는 달지 않고 향이 없어야 재료와 잘 어우러지고 맛있어요.) 3. 토마토는 얇게 썰고 물기를 제거한 후 소금과 후추를 뿌려주세요. (tip. 소금은 토마토의 수분을 제거하고 간을 맞춰주는 역할을 해요.) 호두는 먹기 좋은 크기로 썰어 주세요. 4. 로메인은 깨끗이 씻은 후 물기를 제거해 주세요. 5. 빵에 바를 소스를 잘 섞어 준비해 주세요. 6. 달군 그릴 팬에 빵을 올리고 그릴 자국이 나도록 구워주세요.  7. 빵의 양쪽에 소스를 바르고 로메인, 토마토, 닭 가슴살 순으로 올려 샌드위치를 완성해 주세요. 💛 [Chicken Cranberry Sandwich] (2 Servings) Easy - 25 min. - Ingredients: 4 slices of sourdough bread, 1 tomato, 8 leaves of romaine lettuce (for 2 sandwiches) - Ingredients for sandwich filling: cooked chicken breast 300g (2 pieces of chunk), a handful of cranberries (50g), a half handful of walnut (25g), 4 tbsp of Greek yoghurt, 3 tbsp of mayonnaise, 1 tbsp of condensed milk, a half tbsp of lemon juice, 1 tsp of Dijon mustard, salt and pepper to taste - Ingredients for spread : 4 tbsp of mayonnaise, 2 tbsp of condensed milk, 2 tbsp of whole grain mustard 1. Use a scissor to finely chop the cooked chicken breast in a bowl. (tip. Chop it as much as possible for a soft texture.) 2. Mix together the chopped chicken breast, cranberries, Greek yoghurt, condensed milk, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. And stir to coat well. (tip. Use a plain Greek yoghurt, not sweetened nor flavored, so that it will blend into other ingredients.) 3. Thinly slice the tomato and remove the moisture. Then, sprinkle salt and pepper. (tip. Salt removes the moisture from the tomato and makes it savory.) Cut the walnut into easy-to-eat size pieces. 4. Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly and remove the moisture. Mix all the spread ingredients thoroughly. 6. Place bread on heated grill and cook until grill marks appear on the bread. 7. Spread the spread on both of two bread slices, and layer the romaine lettuce, tomato, and chicken breast.
