I hope you say good bye to stress with this hot and spicy recipe! ☞ [삼겹살김치말이찜] 3~4인분 - 재료 : 생삼겹살 3줄(350g), 신김치 1/6포기(500g), 양파 1/2개, 대파 1/2대, 청양고추 1개, 홍고추 1개, 다시마멸치육수 2+1/2컵 - 고기 밑간 재료 : 다진마늘 1큰술, 생강즙 2큰술, 맛술 2큰술, 후춧가루 약간 - 양념 재료 : 간장 1큰술, 고춧가루1큰술, 김치국물 1/4컵, 다진마늘 1큰술, 생강즙 1큰술, 맛술 1큰술, 설탕 1작은술, 후춧가루 약간 1. 삼겹살에 칼집을 낸 후 4등분(8cm 정도 길이)으로 잘라주세요. 고기 밑간 재료에 10분 정도 고기를 재워주세요. 2. 김치를 넓게 깔고, 삼겹살을 올려 돌돌 말아주세요. 3. 양파는 굵게 채썰고, 대파와 청양고추, 홍고추는 어슷하게 썰어주세요. 양념재료는 모두 섞어주세요. 4. 냄비에 삼겹살김치말이와 양념을 넣고 다시마멸치육수를 부어 뚜껑을 닫고 중불에서 20분 정도 끓여주세요. (Tip. 삼겹살김치말이의 이음새 부분이 냄비의 바닥이 가도록 놓아야 풀리지 않아요.) 5. 김치가 부드럽게 익으면 양파, 대파, 청양고추를 넣고 5~10분 정도 중간불에서 더 끓여주세요. 6. 기호에 따라 부족한 간은 소금으로 조절하시면 더욱 맛있게 즐기실 수 있어요. ☞ [Samgyeopsal Kimchi Jjim | Steamed Pork Belly Kimchi Recipe] - Ingredients : 350 Pork, 500g (Over-fermented) Kimchi, 1/2 Onion, 1/2 Green onion, 1 Hot chili pepper, 1 Red pepper, 2+½ cups of Anchovy stock - Pork Marinating : 1tbsp Minced garlic, 2tbsp Ginger juice, 2tbsp Cooking wine, Pepper - Seasoning : 1tbsp Soy sauce, 1tbsp Red pepper powder, 1/4 cup of Kimchi brine, 1tbsp Minced garlic, 1tbsp Ginger juice, 1tbsp Cooking wine, 1tsp Sugar, Pepper 1. Make cuts on the pork belly and cut it into 4 pieces (8 cm long). Marinate the meat in seasoning ingredients for about 10 minutes. 2. Spread kimchi, put the pork belly on it and roll them together. 3. Cut onion into thick slices, chop green onion, cheongyang red pepper, and red pepper diagonally. Mix all the seasoning ingredients. 4. Put the samgyeopsal kimchi roll and seasoning in a pot and pour the kelp anchovy stock, close the lid and simmer over medium heat for about 20 minutes. (Tip. The joint of the samgyeopsal kimchi roll needs to be placed on bottom of the pot so that it won’t be released.) 5. When the kimchi is tenderly cooked, add onion, green onion, and chungyang chili and boil over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes more. 6.
