《大陸尋奇》全新「大陸尋奇」即將改版登場，跨越五千年的歷史遺跡，尋遍大陸各地的奇風異俗與人文軼事，近年來更帶領所有觀眾走入一般市井小民的生活圈，用年輕人看世界的角度，體驗中華文化的宏偉底蘊與在地人的溫暖情誼，美麗山川大水是節目長期的基本底色，但青春的調色盤已經開始起了變化，棚內的深度引言，加上外景主持群的無所畏懼體驗，將帶給觀眾更多不同已往的「大陸尋奇」。 1990年8月11日開播，記錄中國大陸各地自然美景、歷史古蹟、民眾生活等，至今仍在播映中，是中視除新聞節目外最長壽的節目，2020年已是《大陸尋奇》播出第30年。每周三中午12:00Youtube頻道上架完整版影片，每周日晚間18:00中視頻道播出。
