Prawn 200g remove shell and leave the tail. Devein and wash. Pat dry and marinate with little salt first. Then mix with little egg white. Add little corn starch and mix. Lastly add little fragrant oil and mix well. 2. Sweet pea 10pcs, cut diagonally half 3. Coriander stem, diced 4. Garlic 3 cloves, sliced 5. Chilli padi 1pc, diced Sauce (mix together) 1. Bean sauce 1tsp 2. Tomato sauce 1tsp 3. White vinegar 1/2tsp 4. Sugar 1tsp Method 1. Heat wok with little oil, stir fry the sweet pea with little salt till caramelised. Set aside 2. Saute the prawns till both sides are brown, not fully cooked. Set aside 3. Add little oil and stir fry the garlic and chilli padi till aromatic. Add in the sauce and cook till sugar has dissolved. Add little water and coriander stem and mix well. Add in prawns and sweet pea and stir fry under high heat. 4.
