Lobster braised spaghetti in broth Ingredients: Two - lobsters Two cakes - spaghetti 370ml + 550ml stock (one for stewed spaghetti, one for lobster sauce) To taste - Ginger Dried Onion Garlic Green onion 2 tablespoons - cornstarch 70g - Butter Method: 1. Clean the lobster you bought. 2. Cook the spaghetti in boiling water for about half a minute, then drain and set aside. 3. Add the right amount of cornstarch to the lobster and fry until 7-8 cooked. Drain and set aside. 4. With 35g butter, add a tablespoon of garlic and sauté, 370ml of broth and spaghetti, let the spaghetti absorb the broth, add another half tablespoon of sesame oil and spring onion to taste, drain and set aside. 5. Put the butter into, ginger, dried onion, garlic, green onion saute, add 550ml broth, put the lobster, with cornstarch water to reduce the juice, season with sugar, salt, white pepper. 6.
