⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ 香荽煎蛋角 材料： 雞蛋4隻 豬肉半磅 芫荽3札 處理： 1. 芫荽，切出莖部，切去根，切粒，清水浸。 2. 雞蛋，打在碗內。 3. 豬肉調味： a. 油半湯匙 b. 生抽半湯匙 c. 胡椒粉適量 撈勻。 4. 芫荽莖部，清水沖洗乾淨，切碎，放雞蛋內，打勻。 烹調： 1. 大火在鑊內燒熱油1湯匙。 2. 豬肉，放鑊內炒香。 3. 預備糖1湯匙在碗內。 4. 豬肉，繼續煎至全熟，倒入糖內，撈勻。 5. 大火在鑊內燒熱油1湯匙。 6. 轉中慢火，在鑊內加入適量蛋漿，在上面放上適量的肉碎，煎香，對摺蛋角，擎乾油，放上碟。 7. 放上芫荽葉。 8. 完成，可享用。 Pan-fried omelet with minced pork and coriander Ingredients: Eggs 4 Nos.
