🟢材料： 雞 1 隻 雲吞 250 克 金華火腿 25 克 大白菜葉 100 克 上海小棠菜 100 克 薑 1 塊 雞湯 1 公升 胡椒粉、鹽 適量 🟢做法： 1️⃣ 雞用粗鹽搓揉，去除內臟，洗淨備用。 2️⃣ 砂鍋底部放入洗淨的大白菜葉，再放入雞，加入薑片與金華火腿，倒入 1 公升雞湯（可用清水），大火煮開後，轉小火燉煮 1 小時。 3️⃣ 雞差不多煮好時煮雲吞。砂鍋雞中加入適量胡椒粉和鹽，加入小棠菜和雲吞，再煮 2 分鐘即可上桌。 🟢 Ingredients: Chicken - 1 whole Wontons - 250g Jinhua ham - 25g Chinese cabbage leaves - 100g Shanghai bok choy - 100g Ginger - 1 piece Chicken broth - 1 liter White pepper, salt - to taste 🟢 Cooking Directions: 1️⃣ Rub the chicken with coarse salt, remove the internal organs, wash thoroughly, and set aside. 2️⃣ Line the bottom of a claypot with washed Chinese cabbage leaves. Place the chicken on top, then add ginger slices and Jinhua ham. Pour in 1 liter of chicken broth (or water). Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat and simmer for 1 hour. 3️⃣ When the chicken is almost done, cook the wontons separately. Season the claypot chicken with white pepper and salt to taste. Add Shanghai bok choy and wontons, simmer for another 2 minutes, and serve hot.
