Today, A Xia got up early to prepare everything—from frying garlic oil and cooking meat sauce to hand-stirring the silky Xidoufen, every step was filled with aroma. Topped with cilantro, chili oil, Sichuan pepper oil, and peanuts, plus a sweet version on the side, the combination of savory and sweet is simply satisfying.
