第一部完整紀錄烏坵嶼的影片，「烏坵˙ROC」呈現烏坵嶼鮮為人知的無奈與危機。近年來，台灣為了降低兩岸軍事對峙，將烏坵嶼的海岸與海域管理，從海軍陸戰隊轉至海巡署，導致中國漁民利用台灣求和的心態，經常逼近烏坵沿岸，放置魚具或炸魚。目前烏坵嶼四周海域，幾乎已成為中國的魚場。當每十天一個航次的海軍運補艦，到達烏坵準備進行運補作業的時侯，中國漁船還會故意擋住航道，干擾小艇接駁，同樣也嚴重影響運補船艦及作業官兵的安全。烏坵老人曾語重心長的質疑；「國家有難，匹夫有責，烏坵有難，那個人有責任？烏坵到底是中華民國的還是老共的？」 更多影片│http://awakening.pts.org.tw/ 粉絲專頁│https://goo.gl/n2bNmD
