⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ 柿餅南瓜蓮藕素湯 材料： 柿餅（大）3個 蓮藕12兩 南瓜一斤 百合20克 薑3片 陳皮一角 處理： 1. 百合，清水浸。 2. 陳皮，清水浸。 3. 南瓜，清水洗擦乾淨。 4. 蓮藕，清水洗擦乾淨。 5. 蓮藕，切兩端，去皮，清水洗乾淨，切細舊。 6. 南瓜，一開二，去籽，清水洗乾淨，切一舊舊。 7. 柿餅，清水洗乾淨，一開二，放蓮藕內。 8. 薑片，洗乾淨。 9. 百合及陳皮，清水洗乾淨。 烹調： 1. 在煲內加入清水3升。 2. 在煲內加入所有材料。 3. 湯，大火滾起，轉中火，煲45分鐘。 4. 完成，可享用。 Dried sweet persimmon and pumpkin vegetarian soup with lotus root Ingredients: Dried sweet persimmon (large) 3 Nos.
