⬇️⬇️English recipe follows⬇️⬇️ 蘿蔔鯽魚湯 材料： 鯽魚1條（約1斤） 白蘿蔔1個（約1斤） 芹菜1札或芫荽 薑1舊 豆腐1磚 處理： 1. 鯽魚，打鱗，清除內臟，清水洗乾淨，在魚身的兩面輕手各𠝹3刀，擎乾水。 2. 豆腐，清水洗乾淨，切細舊。 3. 白蘿蔔，去皮，清水洗乾淨，切片。 4. 薑，去皮，清水洗乾淨，切片。 5. 芹菜，切去根部，清水洗乾淨，切碎。 烹調： 1. 大火在鑊內燒熱油3湯匙。 2. 放魚落鑊的一邊，轉中慢火，繼續煎。 3. 放薑片，一齊煎。 4. 魚的一面已煎至金黃色，反轉繼續煎。 5. 放豆腐煎香，一面已煎至金黃色，反轉繼續煎。 6. 轉大火，加入大滾水2升半，大火滾起，加入白蘿蔔，滾15分鐘。 7. 加入芹菜，滾2分鐘。 8. 完成，可享用。 Crucian carp soup with white radish Ingredients: Crucian carp 1 No. (About 1 catty) White radish 1 No. (About 1 catty) Celery a bunch Ginger 1 No. Tofu 1 cube Preparation: 1.
