για περισσοτερες συνταγες ακολουθηστε με και στο fb https://www.facebook.com/groups/sidages Υλικά για ταψί μέγεθος 30επι24 4 αυγά 250 ζάχαρη 170 γρ.αλευρι ΜΑΝΝΑ ΚΕΡΑΜΑΡΗ 150 σιμιγδάλι ψιλό ΜΑΝΝΑ ΚΕΡΑΜΑΡΗ 125 σιμιγδάλι χοντρό ΜΑΝΝΑ ΚΕΡΑΜΑΡΗ 200 γρ. γιαούρτι στραγγιστο 1 μέτριο πορτοκάλι 🍊 χωρίς φλούδα πολτό 120 γρ.καλαμποκελαιο 2 βανίλιες η 1 βανιλετα 2 κουταλάκια ξύσμα πορτοκαλιού 20 γρ.μπεικεν η 1 φάκελο ΣΙΡΟΠΙ 300 γρ.νερο 360 γρ.χυμο πορτοκαλιού 480 ζάχαρη 1 κουταλιά μέλι 🍯 1 ξυλάκι κανέλας λίγη φλούδα αν θέλετε βράζετε όλα μαζί για το σιρόπι 7 λεπτά. Σιροπιαζουμε Χλιαρό εως κρυο το γλυκό και καυτό το σιρόπι. Ψησιμο στους 180 βαθμούς για 35 λεπτά σε προθερμασμενο φούρνο εστία πάνω κάτω. ΑΝ ΔΕΝ ΈΧΕΤΕ ΧΟΝΤΡΌ ΣΙΜΙΓΔΆΛΙ .. ΘΑ ΠΡΟΣΘΕΣΕΤΕ 60 ΓΡ.ΑΛΕΥΡΙ ΚΑΙ 65 ΣΙΜΙΓΔΆΛΙ ΨΙΛΌ ΕΠΙΠΛΈΟΝ
